Crime Alert:
On May 27th we’ve had 3 reports of outgoing mail being stolen out mailboxes in South Woodmoor. The thefts occurred between 8 pm on Monday and 6 am Tuesday. All mail that was taken was placed in their mailbox for pick up and remnants of the mail were found open and discarded along the roadways. The three incidents reported were near Caribou Drive and Smugglers Road, Early Star Drive, and Caribou Drive West. These incidents were reported to the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
Please do not place any outgoing mail in your mailbox. Take to the post office or place in a locked mail receptacle. Please retrieve delivered mail as soon as possible to avoid having delivered mail stolen.
