It has come to the RRRHOA Board's attention that there is an application to change zoning on 2 properties located to the east of Red Rock Ranch Rd and south of Hwy 105. There will be a Planning and Community Development Department meeting and a Board of County Commissioners meeting in the future. We will keep you posted as to when those meetings will occur when the time and dates become available.
We urge all our members of the Red Rock Ranch HOA to write a respectful letter to the Planning and Community Development Department and all the Board of County Commissioners making their concerns about the pending development known to both the agencies.
