RRR HOA Executive Session and Special Board Meeting May 4, 2026
Meeting held via Zoom
Presiding: President Beth Lonnquist. Board members present: Secretary Amber Dern, ACC Chair Scott Miller, Director Laura Quinlan, and Director Kevin Guy. A quorum was present.
Executive session began at 7:02pm. The topic for discussion was communication with lawyers pursuant to the ongoing lawsuit Craig Pryor vs. RRR HOA.
The Board exited the executive session at approximately 7:40pm.
President Lonnquist called the Special Board Meeting to order at approximately 7:41pm.
Legal Fees: Discussion was had about the HOA’s legal fees and raising funds to retain a lawyer to continue fulfilling pressing legal obligations connected to the ongoing lawsuit. Fundraising, donations from the membership, entering into loans with Homeowners, and obtaining a loan from the Bank were discussed. The Board will continue to explore fundraising and donation options. Further discussion on a loan from the bank was tabled for a later date. A motion was made to enter into loans with Homeowners, due in 1-2 years with interest rates set by the board, as needed, to fund payment of fees accrued by the lawsuit. Director Scott Miller made motion to approve and it was seconded by director Kevin Guy. The motion passed unanimously.
A motion was made by Director Miller and seconded by Director Guy to return to executive session to discuss communication with lawyers. The Board went into executive session at approximately 7:50pm.
A motion to end the executive session was made by Director Laura Quinlan and seconded by Director Miller. The motion passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at approximately 8:00pm.
