March is turning out to be a busy month for the HOA. We have three significant topics scheduled for our regular board meeting.
1) Continuing events happening regarding the Courage to Change house on Spruce Rd.
2) The water engineers for the city of Monument have indicated that they plan to attend to propose a water storage tank be built on HOA property.
3) We also have an archutectural request to review and planning for the summer events to firm up.
