Due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict, the RRRHOA trash dumpster will not be available this weekend (6/4 - 6/5) for dumping.
The next scheduled trash dumpster for the RRRHOA community will be Aug 6th and 7th.

RRRHOA - Beetle kill trunks drop off site

There is a safe drop off for Beetle killed tree trunks at 6725 Fox trot Lane, 80924 near Black Forest Rd and Woodman. Open 6am - 7pm daily, closed July 1-September 30 (during flight season) Mountain Pine Beetle infested trunks up to 20” in size. No branches or debris.

Ballots are counted and verified.
The recent Lot Owner vote to repeal the single family definition has passed. The affirmation of the extension of the Covenants to 2030 (original vote in 2017) also passed. All votes counted were received prior to 5pm, May 1. Thank you to everyone who participated, both ballots are approved. There will be a second ballot set coming in a few months.
