The annual cleanup will be held this coming weekend Sat, Sun Mon 6/4, 6/5 and 6/6. The hours will be from 8am to 4pm (The newsletter incorrectly indicates 5pm). Please follow normal rules for acceptable items and do not dump if the area is closed. See newsletter for details.
If you attend the clean-up we may informally ask your opinion as to if you would support certain actions regarding the covenants and dues. Please feel free to answer or not as you wish and we would also be happy to see you to discuss this topic even if you do not have trash to drop off.
Please check back here for information regarding early shut downs due to full conditions and/or weather events. If we have to get additional dumpsters on Monday we may have to open late until we can have them delivered.

For residents who are interested, we are aware of the damage to the north side of the tennis court fence. Several board members and residents have looked at it and a plan is being formulated to repair it. We are waiting for final design agreement and better weather to do the fix.

Residents may have received an flyer in their mailbox that was apparently delivered by an unidentified resdent and not delivered by the USPS. The topic of this flyer is an agenda item currently on the schedule for our next meeting. The board was not responsible for or associated with this flyer.
As per our previous post the topic of this flyer is currently on the agenda for the March, 2016 meeting. We cannot guarantee that the party requesting the time slot will indeed appear.
Residents are always welcome to attend our meetings. However, the capacity of the Tri-Lakes meeting room is limited so we request that if you are coming to the March meeting and do not normally do so, please drop a note to
